DESCRIPTION:SEGi Merdeka Young Chef Challenge 2025 – Competition Guidelines\nOpen to secondary school students and school leavers aged 15–20\, this live cooking challenge celebrates Malaysia’s rich breakfast culture with a Merdeka twist. Teams of two will have 90 minutes to prepare\, cook\, and plate their dish\, along with a beverage using Coffee Catcher products. \nBasic seasoning and kitchen equipment will be provided\, while participants must bring their own ingredients (plus one secret/personal ingredient)\, knife set\, and small tools.
