Associate Professor Dr Abdul Aziz Md Nor has over forty years of enjoyable experience in various capacities in a number of educational organisations.
He was a teacher of several subjects in four local secondary schools for several years before going into the training of leadership and management at Institut Aminuddin Baki, Genting Highlands, a leadership and management division of Malaysia Ministry of Education, where he was involved in designing and conducting leadership training programmes for senior officers within the ministry.
For a change, after working for twenty-eight years within the MoE, he left the civil service to work as an academic in several universities, namely, TENAGA University, Universiti Brunei Darussalam, UNITAR International University, and OPEN University Malaysia, before joining SEGi University in February 2022.
Dr Aziz has successfully supervised five doctoral research studies and a number of masters’ theses and research projects.
At SEGi University he is supervising eleven doctoral research studies and one masters’ research.
