Please see Appendix 1.<\/p><p class=\"x_MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle\">3.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Presentation duration should be less than 10 minutes. There will be a max of 5 minute Q&amp;A session after the video presentation. Kindly be informed that the time allocated for\u00a0<b>both Presentation and Q&amp;A session is 15 minutes<\/b>\u00a0for each participant.<\/p><p class=\"x_MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle\">4.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0The presenter must use the standardized SiBEST virtual background and Powerpoint Slide Template for the live conference presentation. The presenter may download the template from SiBEST page (Appendix 2 &amp; 3).<\/p><p class=\"x_MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle\">5.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0You are required to join in your allocated concurrent session\u00a0<b>15 minutes before the 1.00pm<\/b>\u00a0on 10<sup>th<\/sup>\u00a0August 2022 and wait for the admission by the Chairperson. Login with the name as per paper submission. Any nickname\/pseudo names are not\u00a0<b>ALLOWED<\/b>. This is to ensure the smoothness of the concurrent session as it is time bound.<\/p><p class=\"x_MsoListParagraphCxSpLast\">6.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0A copy of the PPT should be uploaded\u00a0<b>by 7<sup>th<\/sup>\u00a0August 2022\u00a0<\/b>in the link given for the concurrent session.\u00a0 PPT should be named as follow: Paper ID_Author_Concurrent Session No.<\/p><p class=\"x_MsoNormal\">As for the\u00a0<b>concurrent session<\/b>, attached are FIVE (5) documents for your perusal.<\/p><p class=\"x_MsoListParagraph\">1.\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0<a style=\"font-size: 16px;
