On 24 September 2024, SEGi University’s Bachelor of Quantity Surveying (BQS) faculty and students gathered for their Annual General Meeting (AGM), a key moment to reflect on the past academic year and celebrate top achievements. This event offered a chance for the BQS community to come together, assess progress, and set new goals for the future.
The Programme Leader, Sr Ts. Eunice Chia Mei Ling, proudly acknowledged students’ dedication, announcing the top scorers in the programme, with special recognition going to a recent graduate who earned the prestigious Best Student Award 2024 from the Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB). This honour underscores SEGi’s commitment to nurturing talent in the built environment industry.
Sr Ts. Eunice highlighted the importance of class attendance and active engagement as fundamental to academic success, while offering valuable tips to students on maintaining focus, managing time efficiently, and striving for excellence.
The AGM concluded with words of encouragement, leaving the students inspired and motivated to continue pushing their limits academically and professionally.
