In the heart of dental excellence, on 18th March 2023, our exceptional Year 5 student, Rachel, demonstrated her prowess and dedication at the National Dental Student Clinical Skill Competition (NDSCSC) 2023. Under the guidance of our esteemed faculty members, Dr Erum Zain and Dr Neeraj Malhotra from the restorative/endodontics department, Rachel represented the Faculty of Dentistry at this prestigious event. Her outstanding performance in the hands-on Class IV Restorative Competition, organized by the Malaysia Dental Student Association (MDSA) at the Faculty of Dentistry, University Malaya, secured her a remarkable third place.
Amidst intense competition from students representing 11 dental universities across Malaysia, Rachel emerged as a shining star in the National Dental Student Clinical Skill Competition (NDSCSC) 2023.
