\u5728\u5185\u7684\u6559\u80b2\u754c\u540d\u4eba\u9f50\u805a\u4e00\u5802\uff0c\u53c2\u52a0\u7531\u8054\u5408\u56fd\u6559\u79d1\u6587\u7ec4\u7ec7-\u56fd\u9645\u6559\u80b2\u5c40\u4e3b\u529e\u7684\u91cd\u8981\u6d3b\u52a8\u3002\u8fd9\u6b21\u805a\u4f1a\u4e0d\u4ec5\u4ec5\u662f\u4e00\u6b21\u4f1a\u8bae\uff0c\u5b83\u8fd8\u662f\u601d\u60f3\u7684\u7194\u7089\u3001\u4e13\u4e1a\u77e5\u8bc6\u7684\u7ebd\u5e26\u548c\u96c6\u4f53\u884c\u52a8\u529b\u91cf\u7684\u89c1\u8bc1\u3002\u901a\u8fc7\u6df7\u5408\u57f9\u8bad\u548c\u5168\u7eb3\u6559\u80b2\u52a0\u5f3a\u5730\u533a\u7855\u58eb\u9879\u76ee\uff0c\u91cd\u70b9\u662f\u8bfe\u7a0b\u6539\u9769\u3002<\/p>\n<p>FOELPM \u7684\u6770\u51fa\u4ee3\u8868 Datin Dr Ng Soo Boon \u5728\u4e3a\u671f\u56db\u5929\u7684\u6d3b\u52a8\u4e2d\u53d1\u6325\u4e86\u5173\u952e\u4f5c\u7528\u3002\u5979\u4ee5\u575a\u5b9a\u4e0d\u79fb\u7684\u51b3\u5fc3\u548c\u4e13\u4e1a\u77e5\u8bc6\u4ee3\u8868\u56fd\u9645\u6559\u80b2\u5c40\u987e\u95ee\u516c\u53f8\u548c FELPS\uff0c\u4f53\u73b0\u4e86\u5408\u4f5c\u5b66\u4e60\u548c\u521b\u65b0\u6559\u5b66\u65b9\u6cd5\u7684\u7cbe\u795e\u3002\u5979\u7684\u53c2\u4e0e\u4e0d\u4ec5\u662f\u4e00\u79cd\u4ee3\u8868\uff0c\u66f4\u662f\u4e00\u79cd\u6210\u5c31\u7684\u4f53\u73b0\uff0c\u662f\u5979\u81f4\u529b\u4e8e\u5851\u9020\u6559\u80b2\u672a\u6765\u7684\u8bc1\u660e\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u8ba8\u8bba\u7684\u6838\u5fc3\u662f\u6df7\u5408\u57f9\u8bad\u7684\u6982\u5ff5--\u4e00\u79cd\u5c06\u4f20\u7edf\u6559\u80b2\u4e0e\u6570\u5b57\u521b\u65b0\u878d\u4e3a\u4e00\u4f53\u7684\u6e10\u8fdb\u65b9\u6cd5\u3002Datin Dr Ng Soo Boon \u7684\u89c1\u89e3\u9610\u660e\u4e86\u5b9e\u73b0\u6709\u6548\u6df7\u5408\u57f9\u8bad\u6a21\u5757\u7684\u9014\u5f84\u3002\u5979\u5bf9\u6559\u80b2\u6280\u672f\u548c\u6559\u5b66\u65b9\u6cd5\u7ec6\u81f4\u5165\u5fae\u7684\u7406\u89e3\u6781\u5927\u5730\u4e30\u5bcc\u4e86\u8ba8\u8bba\u5185\u5bb9\uff0c\u5e76\u4e3a\u5305\u5bb9\u6027\u6559\u80b2\u6218\u7565\u7684\u5236\u5b9a\u63d0\u4f9b\u4e86\u6307\u5bfc\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5305\u5bb9\u6027\u4e0d\u4ec5\u662f\u4e00\u4e2a\u4e3b\u9898\uff0c\u4e5f\u662f\u4e00\u9879\u6307\u5bfc\u539f\u5219\u3002Datin Dr Ng Soo Boon \u5bf9\u5cf0\u4f1a\u8fd9\u65b9\u9762\u7684\u53c2\u4e0e\u610f\u4e49\u6df1\u8fdc\u3002\u5979\u4ee5\u9971\u6ee1\u7684\u70ed\u60c5\u548c\u4e30\u5bcc\u7684\u4e13\u4e1a\u77e5\u8bc6\uff0c\u5021\u5bfc\u5168\u7eb3\u6559\u80b2\u5b9e\u8df5\uff0c\u4ee5\u6ee1\u8db3\u4e0d\u540c\u7684\u5b66\u4e60\u9700\u6c42\u3002\u5979\u7684\u5efa\u8bae\u65e8\u5728\u6d88\u9664\u969c\u788d\uff0c\u786e\u4fdd\u6559\u80b2\u6210\u4e3a\u6bcf\u4e2a\u4eba\u4e0e\u751f\u4ff1\u6765\u7684\u6743\u5229\uff0c\u65e0\u8bba\u5176\u80cc\u666f\u6216\u80fd\u529b\u5982\u4f55\u3002\u901a\u8fc7\u5979\u7684\u5021\u5bfc\uff0c\u5979\u8425\u9020\u4e86\u4e00\u4e2a\u5d07\u5c1a\u5dee\u5f02\u800c\u975e\u8fb9\u7f18\u5316\u7684\u73af\u5883\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u4efb\u4f55\u6559\u80b2\u7cfb\u7edf\u7684\u6838\u5fc3\u90fd\u5728\u4e8e\u8bfe\u7a0b\u3002\u5728\u6b64\u6b21\u6d3b\u52a8\u4e2d\uff0cDatin Dr Ng Soo Boon \u5bf9\u8bfe\u7a0b\u6539\u9769\u505a\u51fa\u4e86\u5b9d\u8d35\u7684\u8d21\u732e\u3002\u5979\u5bf9\u521b\u65b0\u6559\u5b66\u65b9\u6cd5\u548c\u65b0\u5174\u5b66\u79d1\u7684\u72ec\u5230\u89c1\u89e3\uff0c\u4e3a\u5236\u5b9a\u7b26\u5408\u73b0\u4ee3\u4e16\u754c\u9700\u6c42\u7684\u8bfe\u7a0b\u63d0\u4f9b\u4e86\u8def\u7ebf\u56fe\u3002\u901a\u8fc7\u5c06\u6559\u80b2\u4e0e\u73b0\u5b9e\u4e16\u754c\u7684\u9700\u6c42\u76f8\u7ed3\u5408\uff0c\u5979\u52aa\u529b\u8ba9\u5b66\u751f\u4e0d\u4ec5\u4e3a\u8003\u8bd5\u505a\u597d\u51c6\u5907\uff0c\u800c\u4e14\u4e3a\u4eba\u751f\u505a\u597d\u51c6\u5907\u3002<\/p>\n<p>Datin Dr Ng Soo Boon \u5bf9\u6b64\u6b21\u5cf0\u4f1a\u7684\u79ef\u6781\u53c2\u4e0e\u4e0d\u4ec5\u662f\u65f6\u95f4\u4e0a\u7684\u4e00\u77ac\uff0c\u66f4\u662f\u4e00\u79cd\u4f20\u627f\u3002\u5979\u7684\u5408\u4f5c\u7cbe\u795e\uff0c\u52a0\u4e0a\u5979\u5bf9\u6559\u80b2\u7684\u70ed\u60c5\uff0c\u7559\u4e0b\u4e86\u4e0d\u53ef\u78e8\u706d\u7684\u5370\u8bb0\u3002\u5728\u65e5\u5185\u74e6\u7684\u8fd9\u56db\u5929\u91cc\u6240\u53d6\u5f97\u7684\u6210\u5c31\u4e0d\u4ec5\u4ec5\u662f\u7406\u8bba\u4e0a\u7684\uff0c\u66f4\u662f\u89e3\u51b3\u73b0\u5b9e\u4e16\u754c\u6559\u80b2\u6311\u6218\u7684\u5b9e\u9645\u65b9\u6848\u3002\u901a\u8fc7\u5979\u7684\u5949\u732e\u7cbe\u795e\u3001\u4e13\u4e1a\u77e5\u8bc6\u548c\u575a\u5b9a\u4e0d\u79fb\u7684\u627f\u8bfa\uff0cDatin \u6210\u4e3a\u4e86\u6559\u80b2\u53d8\u9769\u80cc\u540e\u7684\u63a8\u52a8\u529b\uff0c\u5c06\u6311\u6218\u8f6c\u5316\u4e3a\u673a\u9047\uff0c\u5c06\u969c\u788d\u8f6c\u5316\u4e3a\u6865\u6881\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u603b\u4e4b\uff0c\u5728\u65e5\u5185\u74e6\u4e3e\u884c\u7684\u6559\u79d1\u6587\u7ec4\u7ec7-\u56fd\u9645\u6559\u80b2\u5c40\u5927\u5b66\u5408\u4f5c\u4f19\u4f34\u4f1a\u8bae\u4e0d\u4ec5\u4ec5\u662f\u4e00\u6b21\u6d3b\u52a8\uff0c\u5b83\u8fd8\u8bc1\u660e\u4e86\u5408\u4f5c\u7684\u529b\u91cf\u548c\u6709\u5949\u732e\u7cbe\u795e\u7684\u4e2a\u4eba\u7684\u6f5c\u529b\u3002Datin Dr Ng Soo Boon \u7684\u8d21\u732e\u5c31\u50cf\u4e00\u76cf\u6210\u5c31\u7684\u660e\u706f\uff0c\u63d0\u9192\u7740\u4e16\u4eba\uff0c\u6559\u80b2\u53ea\u8981\u5145\u6ee1\u6fc0\u60c5\u548c\u521b\u65b0\uff0c\u5c31\u80fd\u771f\u6b63\u6539\u53d8\u751f\u6d3b\uff0c\u5851\u9020\u793e\u4f1a\u3002\u5979\u7684\u9057\u4ea7\u4e0d\u4ec5\u4f53\u73b0\u5728\u6d3b\u52a8\u671f\u95f4\u7684\u53d1\u8a00\u4e2d\uff0c\u8fd8\u4f53\u73b0\u5728\u5979\u5bf9\u672a\u6765\u6559\u80b2\u7684\u5207\u5b9e\u5f71\u54cd\u4e2d--\u4e00\u4e2a\u66f4\u52a0\u5305\u5bb9\u3001\u66f4\u52a0\u521b\u65b0\u3001\u66f4\u52a0\u8d4b\u6743\u7684\u672a\u6765\u3002<\/p>\n<p><img
