Entry requirements

A pass in Sijil Tinggi Persekolahan Malaysia (STPM) with a minimum of Grade C (CGPA 2.00) in any three (3) subjects; or
A pass in Matriculation/Foundation programmes (offered by HEPs recognised by the Government of Malaysia, or equivalent) with a minimum CGPA of 2.50; or
A pass in A-Levels with a minimum of Grade D in any three (3) subjects; or
A diploma in Quantity Surveying not accredited by BQSM or other related disciplines, with a minimum CGPA of 2.67 is entitled to Year 1 entry.
Direct entry to Year 2 for applicants with a BQSM-accredited Diploma in Quantity Surveying with a minimum CGPA of 2.67, subject to sufficient and appropriate credit transfer for advanced entry.
Qualifications other than those listed above will be on a case-by-case basis, in accordance with the latest guidelines established by MOHE and MQA, and shall comply with BQSM’s requirements.

For international student:
TOEFL with minimum of score 500 or IELTS with minimum of score 5.0.
