SEGi University & Colleges marked a momentous convocation, celebrating the achievements of 854 graduates across diploma, degree, master’s, and doctoral programmes. This year, an outstanding 59 of degree graduates earned First-Class Honours, showcasing SEGi’s dedication to academic excellence and student empowerment.
Among these graduates stands Chloe Tan Teng Yee, recipient of the Vice Chancellor’s Award, whose journey reflects SEGi’s vision of producing future-ready graduates who excel beyond the classroom. Inspired by the selflessness of dental missionaries, Chloe pursued dentistry to transform lives, one smile at a time. From mastering her first patient treatment to forming a lasting bond with a kind lady whose gratitude moved her, Chloe learned that dentistry is not just about fixing teeth—it’s about building trust, restoring confidence, and healing with empathy.
“There’s something magical about taking a broken tooth and bringing it back to life. A smile is a powerful thing—it conveys joy, confidence, and well-being,” Chloe shares, embodying SEGi’s mission to nurture compassionate professionals. Her leadership extended to collaborating with peers and faculty, underscoring the importance of teamwork and lifelong learning.
SEGi’s commitment to holistic education, quality mentorship, and hands-on learning has resulted in exceptional graduates like Chloe who are ready to make meaningful contributions to society. The convocation also highlighted four top achievers across diverse disciplines such as Business Administration, Early Childhood Education, and Information Technology, further reinforcing SEGi’s reputation for academic integrity and excellence.
