SEGi University’s Bachelor of Electrical and Electronics Engineering with Honours programme provides students with a unique opportunity to tailor their education and specialise in either Electrical Engineering or Electronics Engineering during their final year of study. In the Electrical Engineering specialisation, students delve deep into the realm of electrical energy, engaging in integrated design projects that allow them to gain valuable hands-on experience. On the other hand, the Electronics Engineering specialisation focuses on solid-state devices and integrated circuits. Students in this track are poised to contribute significantly to fields like communication, electronics, computers, VLSI, signal processing, and related areas. This specialisation equips them with the expertise needed to innovate and thrive in technologically advanced industries.

Note: Natural Sciences subjects are Physics, Biology or Chemistry. Physics will be given preference.
Pass in STPM with 2 principal passes including Mathematics and one relevant Natural Science subject
Pass in A-Level with 2 principal passes including Mathematics and one relevant Natural Science subject
Pass in UEC with 5 Bs (must include Mathematics and one relevant Natural Science subject)
Pass in Foundation Studies in Sciences or Engineering with CGPA 2.0 in relevant field from institute of higher education recognised by the Malaysian Government
Pass in South Australian Matriculation (SAM) with TER 60%
Pass in Canadian Pre-U (CPU) with minimum of 60% in Mathematics and one relevant Natural Science subject
Pass in Diploma in Electrical and/or Electronics Engineering or other relevant field with minimum of CGPA 2.0 from higher education institute recognised by the Malaysian Government
Pass in New South Wales Higher School Certificate with minimum of Band 3 in Mathematics and one relevant Natural Science subject
Pass in South Australian Certificate of Education (SACE) with minimum of grade C in Mathematics and one relevant Natural Science subject
Pass in Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD) with minimum of 60% in Mathematics and one relevant Natural Science subject
Pass in International Baccalaureate with minimum of 24 points
Pass in Matriculation, Ministry of Education Malaysia with minimum of CGPA 2.0
Other equivalent qualification that recognised by Malaysia Government
For international student:
TOEFL with minimum of score 500 or IELTS with minimum of score 5.0.
