The Knowledge Management Research Centre (KMRC) is a dedicated hub for advancing research, innovation, and practice in knowledge management. Its mission is to explore how organizations create, share, and utilize knowledge to enhance performance, innovation, and sustainability. The centre focuses on key areas such as knowledge sharing, organizational learning, intellectual capital, and technology-enabled knowledge systems. Through interdisciplinary research, consultancy, and training, KMRC bridges theory and practice by collaborating with academia, industry, and government. It also develops frameworks and tools to support effective knowledge management across sectors. Guided by a vision to become a centre of excellence, KMRC contributes to building knowledge-driven organizations and promoting a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
