For walk-in registration, fill out the membership form and complete payment at the library. Daily members receive a temporary card granting access to the open reading area, while annual members can enjoy borrowing privileges, book renewals, and full access to SEGi’s online resources, including e-databases and e-journals.
Annual members can borrow up to two books (excluding textbooks) from the open shelf collection for 14 days. Overdue items incur a RM1 per day fine, and borrowing privileges are paused until overdue items are returned. Members are responsible for any borrowed items, including the replacement cost for lost or damaged materials.
