In October 2023, the Ministry of Education embarked on a transformative journey, bringing together the brightest minds in the education sector for a series of groundbreaking workshops on curriculum development. These workshops, organised into two cohorts, were held from the 4th to the 9th of October at the Ministry of Education in Putrajaya for Cohort 1, and from the 9th to the 12th of October at the prestigious Crystal Crown Kuala Lumpur Hotel for Cohort 2. The sessions were meticulously crafted to empower officers from the Curriculum Development Division, focusing on aligning educational frameworks with UNESCO Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

Datin Dr Ng Soo Boon, a distinguished expert from the Faculty of Education, Language, and Psychology Music at SEGi University, was among the leading facilitators.
